This service level represents our basic most common mobile features to get your business up and going so you can start marketing efforts right away. Level 1 consists of Group A features which include the core short code and QR code functions used in the “opt-in” process, “Mobile Coupons”, “Loyalty”, and “Birthday & Anniversaries” features. This service level includes additional capabilities to further add dimension to your campaign. Service Level 2 consists of both Group A + Group B features. In addition to the features offered in Service Level 1, Service Level 2 includes “Mobile Kiosk”, “Appointment Wizard”, “Text-to-Win”, “Mobile Polling”, “Mobile Questionnaire” , and “Auto Responding” functions. Aside from Advanced Connect custom campaign services, this service level is our highest service level offered. Service Level 3 consists of Group A + Group B + Group C features.
